Yala National Park

Yala’s scrub jungle, lagoons and rocky outcrops shelter the highest density of leopards anywhere on earth, alongside elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles and more than 200 bird species.

Early-morning and late-afternoon game drives offer the best sightings, while the park’s coastal edge meets wide, deserted beaches on the Indian Ocean.
